Cullman Oktoberfest "O'zapft is" For over three decades, the town of Cullman has celebrated its German beginnings with a family-friendly Cullman Oktoberfest! This fun event is at Depot Park in downtown Cullman September 29 through October 1, and during the three-day festival, the entire Cullman community rolls out the welcome mat and invites everyone to enjoy a multitude of fun activities, including a biergarten, an arts and crafts show, live German music, kids’ activities, a bratwurst eating contest and more.
